Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cheap Online Courses. By buying a course from us you agree to these terms, so please read them before you pay. They cover the contract between us, what you are buying, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Who we are

Cheap Online Courses is a trading name of Knightsbridge Digital Academy Ltd. We do not write the courses ourselves; we license them from training providers and sell access to them on this website. You can contact us at any time at hello@cheaponlinecourses.co.uk.

Your order and the contract

When you add a course to your cart and go to checkout, you are asking to buy it. We accept your order when we take payment, and the contract is formed at that point. If a course is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we will tell you before processing the order and give you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

What you are buying

Each course is a digital product: online access to training material for the period stated on the course page (usually 12 months from purchase). You are buying a single-user licence for your own use. You may not share, resell, or give access to anyone else, and you may not download the video content for redistribution.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take payment by card through Stripe, or by Klarna where offered. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we do not add charges afterwards.

Course access

Your login details are emailed to you automatically after payment. The course runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer; there is nothing to install. Access lasts for the period stated on the course page (typically 12 months) and starts on the day you buy, not the day you first log in. If you have not received your login email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Course content

The courses are supplied by third-party training providers, and the content — including any text, video, images, assessments and certificates — belongs to them. We describe each course as accurately as we can, but if a course does not match its description, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

Certificates and qualifications

Most courses include a certificate of completion. Unless a course page specifically says otherwise, the certificate is not a regulated qualification, carries no Ofqual level, and does not count towards a licence to practice. CPD-accredited courses count towards a CPD record; nothing on this site is a substitute for a qualification an employer or regulator has specifically asked you to hold.

Refunds and cancellations

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Because courses are digital content, this right ends once you start accessing the course. If you have not logged in, we will refund you in full within 14 days of your request. See our Delivery and Returns page for the detail.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for the things the law says we must be liable for, including the quality of the digital content and your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use a course. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the course.

Changes to courses and prices

We may update course content, withdraw a course, or change prices. If we withdraw a course you have already bought, your access continues for the full period you paid for. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one on this page at the time you buy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
