Delivery — how you get your course

All our courses are digital. There is no physical delivery, no post, and nothing to wait for.

As soon as your payment goes through, your login details are emailed to you automatically. The email contains everything you need to access the course: your login, a link to the platform, and instructions for getting started. The course runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, so there is nothing to install.

If you have not received your login email within 30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, email us at hello@cheaponlinecourses.co.uk and we will send it again.

Access period

Access lasts for the period stated on the course page — usually 12 months from the date of purchase. The clock starts on the day you buy, not the day you first log in, so buy when you are ready to start rather than well in advance.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

However, because our courses are digital content delivered online, this right ends once you begin accessing the course. When you log in and start working through the material, you have acknowledged that you are waiving your right to cancel. This is standard for digital products and is set out in regulation 35 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Before you start — the 14-day rule in practice

If you are not sure a course is right for you, do not log in until you have read the course description and our FAQ. As long as you have not accessed the course, we can refund you in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Once you start, the digital content exception applies.

Refunds after you have started

If a course is faulty, significantly different from its description, or you cannot access it for a technical reason on our end, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. This is separate from your statutory right to cancel and applies regardless of how far into the course you are.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email us at hello@cheaponlinecourses.co.uk with your order number and the name of the course. We aim to respond within one working day, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.

Bundle purchases

If you bought a bundle of courses, the same rules apply to the bundle as a whole. If you have not accessed any course in the bundle, you can cancel within 14 days. Once you have accessed any course in the bundle, the digital content exception applies to the whole purchase.
