What the Dealing with Stress, Anxiety & Depression in the Workplace course covers
This is an online business & career course you work through in your own time, on a phone, tablet or laptop. There are 5 modules to work through, and most people give it 1 hour in total. There is no clock on it, so a week off in the middle changes nothing.
What it covers: Introduction , The Signs of Stress? , Mental Health at Work and Workplace Violence and Its Effects. There are 1 further modules beyond those, listed in full on the Modules tab.
It is open to anyone, and written for people who have to use the subject rather than be examined on it. We list 90 Business & Career courses, of which 79 sit at Professional development. At this length it is one of the quicker ones in the subject. Completing it earns a certificate you can download - useful as evidence of training, and not the same thing as a graded qualification.
What this course is not: There is no CPD accreditation attached, which matters only if somebody has specifically asked you for it.
