What the Basic Life Support course covers
Everything in Basic Life Support is delivered online and on demand - no classroom, no cohort, no waiting list. Expect to spend around 2 to 4 hours on it, split however suits you. Your login lasts 12 months, which is long enough to come back to a section when the subject turns up at work.
It starts from the beginning, so no previous first aid & emergency training is assumed. We list 14 First Aid & Emergency courses, of which 3 sit at Beginner. Its study time is about mid-range for the subject. It carries CPD accreditation, which is what makes the hours usable on a CPD log, and the certificate downloads straight away.
Worth knowing before you buy: It is an introduction, so it is the wrong buy if you want depth on one narrow part of the subject.
